RACHEL CARSON'S 'WORMLESS APPLE'......AND PYRAMIDAL BIOACCUMULATION VIA THE USE OF PESTICIDES.......

 

16,000 or more Pesticides are available for 'US' to conquer NATURE by killing every living thing that competes with Humans for....well.....anything!  Big Pharma always has 'the solution'.....Carson's books, especially 'SILENT SPRING', were widely read...but, ironically, very ineffective in changing Human Habits........although the increasingly widespread utilization of DDT and other popular pesticides...administered into The Environment via 'ground soak', 'surface spraying' or 'fogging trucks and airplanes',  to destroy undesirable 'pests' that not only spread diseases like malaria, but also those creatures that were just competing for food.......and devouring or 'soiling' human farming crops....if only with some bite marks, if not their complete consumption of entire fields of potential HUMAN FOODS....usually appeared. To diligently watchful research scientists, there were other ''points of view", usually suppressed by both The Government and by Chemical Manufacturers, anyway..... the accelerated poisons-build up, by accumulation....eventually being consumed by the humans that sought to avoid crop losses, insect bites and annoyances.....(The bug eats the plant that had been sprayed with DDT; then the bird eats the bug's accumulation of poisons; then the humans eat the bird, that has accumulated, by toxins-concentration, the poisons from all that it had eaten.......the 'chain effect'.....) resulting in  Humans eventually having cancerous cells proliferating and spreading throughout their bodies........Even Rachel Carson was plagued by many forms of metastatic cancer that led to her painful death, after decades of suffering and malaise, at only 56, in 1964.   Even today, big 'Stores' like Home Depot and your local harware stores and Nurseries,  have entire aisles, full of herbicide, insecticide, fungicide and disinfectant 'poisons' as well as torture & kill devices such as 'sticky paper' and 'spring traps' designed and marketed to exterminate the animals and organisms  that compete with 'us' for food.......while Humans poison themselves with the foods that they consume from their position at the 'top of the food chain'......["You Are What You Eat and what that ate" ..  DDT pesticide residues from decades prior are still cycling and concentrating in the foods that we consume.....]

I HAD KNOWN DAVID'S FATHER, RICHARD RAMUS, FROM HIS ASSOCIATION WITH AN AUCTION COMPANY, ACROSS PEACHTREE ROAD, FROM A STREET OF ANTIQUES DEALERS SHOPS AND ART/FURNITURE RESTORATIONERS......  DAVID HAD BEEN 'COURTING' ONE OF MY CLIENT'S DAUGHTERS, WITH THE EXPECTATION OF GETTING INTO HER PARENTS DEEP POCKETS........HE OPENED AN ART GALLERY IN THE BUCKHEAD PLAZA OFFICE TOWER, NEAR THE HOMES OF HIS PARENTS RICH FRIENDS AND THEIR RICH FRIENDS AND ACQUAINTENANCES; BUT, AFTER SCAMMING A FEW FOR SOME BIG BUCKS, HE WAS SENT TO PRISON FOR 'I NTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION OF STOLEN ART'. ...EVEN WHILE IN PRISON, DAVID COURTED A RICH, OLDER WOMAN AND CONNED HER OUT OF A WAD OF CASH.....AFTER HAVING ALREADY SWINDLED HIS CHILDHOOD FRIEND, REED GALIN,  AND DEFRAUDING HIS UNSUSPECTING CLIENTS OUT OF OVER A HALF MILLION BUCKS.......YET, HE GETS THE 'GET OUT OF JAIL....PRACTICALLY FREE....CARD.....AND BECOMES A SUCCESSFULL WRITER WITH 'A THIEF OF LIGHT' AND 'GRAVITY...
